Job description
We’re seeking an efficient Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team in the retail industry.As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Manage recruitment-related administration tasks
- Communicate with prospective candidates and arrange interviews
- Assist in creating job descriptions and postings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment database
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Screen resumes and applications
Previous Recruitment Experience|Immediately AvailableA successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HR databases and ATS Systems (Preferable)
- Experience working in a similar position
