Job DescriptionWhat You’ll be Doing As an AdministratorThe main goal of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the branch.You will:
- Take calls from engineers and customers relating to enquiries
- Order parts for engineers
- Call customers to book engineer visits
- Update the JD Edwards system with any amendments required
- Support the Operations Manager with any administration requests, such as, placing subcontractor orders
- Manage maintenance contracts ensuring new contracts are processed through to JD Edwards for invoicing, and maintenance engineers are booked
- Deal with customer disputes and contract terminations
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Fully office basedQualificationsWhat We Would Like You To Bring
- You’ll have previous administrative / customer service experience ideally from a service / engineering background
- Ideally some experience dealing with customer disputes
- You’ll have Solid IT literacy skills – we use multiple systems, both inhouse portals and Microsoft systems
- You‘ll be a natural communicator with an ability to build rapport with your colleagues
- You’ll be proactive with the ability to prioritise workloads & multitask effectively
- You’ll be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
