The Finance Business Partner is a pivotal role in the Accounting and Finance Department within the Life Science industry, based in Cambridge. The role will involve strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop strategic financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct financial analysis and report on key financial metrics.

- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Professional certification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner with business leaders.
