When you decide to work with GUS, you will be joining an industry leading, global organisation that has a reach in over 150 different countries.To ensure the effective and efficient operation of the admissions process in relation to domestic and international application processes.To ensure the highest standard of service is provided to students, staff and relevant third parties and that IBAT’s record and reporting processes and systems are properly maintained

  • Oversee the application process ensuring processes remain up-to-date and seamless for the student, agents, and other interested parties
  • Point of contact with third parties for escalated queries
  • Disseminate, analyze and provide application reports
  • Responsible for overseeing applications to ensure application processing is within service-level agreements.
  • Provide periodic reviews in relation to international application processing to management.
  • Responsible for ensuring the registration of international students on site and liaising with student support and others with regard to Induction.
  • Manage services as they relate to domestic and international admissions, identify any issues, and work with IT to improve systems and agree appropriate IT projects.
  • Attend student information system vendor meetings and provide reports on future changes create an appropriate implementation plan and carry it out.
  • Attend open evenings and provide application information to potential applicants.
  • Provide reports to external stakeholders
  • Responsible for documentation management in relation to all training manuals, FAQs etc.
  • Liaising with registry and academic staff regarding entry requirements for all programs.
  • Supervise, assist and train the admissions team
  • Other ad hoc duties as they arise
