Job description
GSL Education is currently looking to register QTS Primary Teachers in Totton and surrounding areas to help support a wide range of primary, infant, and junior settings. Due to the increased need for flexible cover teachers, we are recruiting teachers who are seeking regular work on a short, medium, and long-term term basis.This can range from pre-planned daily supply, weekly roles or longer cover requirements. Teachers of all specialisms are welcome to apply for this post.All subject areas required – Early Years/Reception, KS1, KS2, Primary SEN
- Location – Totton and surrounding areas
- Position – Supply/Cover Teacher
- Position start date – ASAP
- Duration – flexible to suit your requirements
- Full-time/part-time
- Rate of pay – £140-£200
- Hours – 8:30 am – 3.30 pm
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Resilience and patience
- Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)
- In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
- Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
