- Meet with customers and assist them with their files;
- Analyze and handle cases with discernment, diligence and efficiency;
- Draft procedures and conduct legislative and jurisprudential research;
- Manage your case responsibilities autonomously.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Member of the Quebec Bar;
- Relevant experience of approximately 3 to 6 years in family law;
- Bilingual, both written and spoken;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong work organization and priority management skills;
- Good communication skills.
