- Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Answer general queries from customers and cross-functional teams regarding financial matters.
- Support the accounting team in daily administrative tasks and financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in handling accounts payable (AP) and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Team player with a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiency.
