Job description
Main responsibilities:– Complete the full accounting cycle
– Perform routine data entry and transactions in accounting software
– perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date accounting records
– Prepare month-end and year-end entries
– Produce statutory reports (GST/QST/DAS)
– Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable
– Participate in the preparation of financial statements and budget analysis
– Collaborate with external auditors for annual audit
– Prepare payroll and manage group insurance and group RRSP enrollments
