With an emphasis on strong employee engagement and teamwork, the Finance Manager will build strong partnerships with operations managers, improving on their financial competency and ensuring the efficiency of delivering an exceptional customer experience.The Finance Manager supports the Finance Director in managing and monitoring the consolidation process and leverage their expertise in technology to optimize systems and tools to maximize close efficiency. The manager will provide leadership and coaching to employees, undertake projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes and functions and work with other departments to ensure an effective system of internal controls.TMGNYJob Requirements:

• CPA designation
• Solid mix of experience in accounting, management reporting & financial planning
• Several years of progressive experience, including 2+ years in a people management capacity
• Exposure to IFRS accounting standards
• ERP system implementation and/or upgrade experience is desirable – including redesign of GL and workflows

Expected salary

$120000 – 130000 per year
