We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach A-level Mathematics.
  • Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking.
  • Use a variety of teaching techniques and resources to address the diverse needs and abilities of students.
  • Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their progress and attainment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Maths department and other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and incorporate innovative teaching practices.
  • Lead and participate in extracurricular activities, such as Maths clubs, competitions, and enrichment programs, to enhance students’ learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Enthusiastic about inspiring students to achieve their full potential in Mathematics.
