Job SummaryJob DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Join the Reconciliations Technology team in Capital Markets as we continuously deliver new capabilities to modernize operational business processes by delivering enterprise grade solutions. We are seeking a talented and adaptable PM to maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Define, manage and communicate updates on roadmaps of high profile RBCCM projects (including Reconciliations, Architecture, Standard Technical Services etc.)Communicate and manage various stakeholdersManage backlog and communicate feature requests to DevelopersOrganize and prioritize development of featuresManage and report key KPIs to Project Management OfficeThe ideal candidate should provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development, and rewarding strong performance.Foster development of skills within teamWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have3+ years of experienceExcellent Organizational skills; Great communication skills; High Level of EQAbility to motivate and influence others; Problem Solving and Critical Thinking2+ years as Product ManagerEnabler (Think) – Focus on strategic thinking and lead to constant improvement.
