Parcel/Courier Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Rochdale, ManchesterSalary: £27,000 – £30,000pa (DOE)Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 17:30pm)Do you have excellent Customer Service skills and have a background in Courier, Parcels and International Express Delivery? Are you looking to take the next step in your career? This role could be right for you!My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Rochdale. The right candidate will have experience dealing with International Express Courier/Parcel operations, great customer service skills and have direct experience working for an International Courier/Reseller.Package Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Completing operational administration for clients and suppliers.
- Invoicing out and completing job files.
- Quoting, booking, coordinating, managing & monitoring International Parcel movements from departure to arrival.
- Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and handling any delivery-related concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery operations and resolve any service disruptions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the company through all interactions with customers.
Requirements:
- International Express Parcel/Courier experience.
- Experience working for a UK based Courier/Parcel Delivery Service Provider.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication.
