Job description

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an Administrator for their client based in St Andrews.
Pay: £12.50 per hour.
Contract: Initial 3 month contract – possible extension.
Location: St Andrews
Hours: Flexible Working; 3 to 5 days per week (hybrid – commit to one day on site).
! IMMEDIATE START !Your duties as an Administrator

  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Inputting details into systems.
  • Processing expenses and purchase orders.
  • Budget recording.
  • Credit card reconciliation (travel bookings).
  • Updating contact records.
  • Recording and receipting donations.
  • General administrative details.

What we are looking for in an Administrator

  • An enthusiastic, motivated and friendly candidate who is trustworthy and demonstrates excellent communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of IT skills such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • An individual who can work independently.
