Tasks
- Actively participating in the daily business of our different departments
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the different departments in the shared service centre
- Learning how to use different IT systems
- Independently working on projects, e.g. presentations and overviews/statistics
- Be a contact person for the operative business and providing support to them
- Diary management, organising meetings and taking minutes at meetings
- Validating and checking data to ensure its accuracy
- Contribute to the development and organisation of the support service systems, procedures and policies
Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade 4/C and above or Level 2)
- You are interested in the construction industry and are keen to learn about the administrative side of the business
- You have an interest in working with numbers and data
- You have good organisational skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
- You enjoy working in a diverse team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft-Office-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
