- Helping to maintain our master record of tenders – this may include logging and circulating opportunities/related correspondence and conducting quality control checks of our bid data/processes
- Contributing towards the management of the team’s shared mailbox
- Refreshing and maintaining distribution lists for tender circulation
- Updating Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes used to source opportunities
- Checking non-CCS engagements have been classified correctly on our finance system
- Helping to compile monthly levy returns for public sector frameworks
- Managing the regular cadence of PSBT meetings
- Producing reports to drive timely qualification of bids and inform decision making
- Assisting with the G&PS pipeline call and ensuring the PSBT whiteboard is updated
- Monitoring completeness of the G&PS contract repository
- Participating in and/or driving initiatives aimed at improving the way we support bids
- Other duties as directed by the PSBT Leadership Team
