£26k – 30k per year + BenefitsNewstaff Recruitment Agency is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator for our client based in St AlbansSenior Administrator in St AlbansPay: £30,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of the day-to-day HR operations.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Director and other team members.
- Draft correspondence and set up inductions.
- Assist the marketing team with general projects.
- Keep HR processes updated.
- Perform all other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in professional services.
- Stable career history in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT literacy, particularly in MS Office.
- Ability to deal confidently and effectively with employees and senior managers.
- Hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Organised and able to multi-task.
- Team player.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education to A-level standard.
Working Hours:
- Full-time or minimum 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Office flexi-time arrangement from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, with core hours between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm.
