You can make a difference in a company that gives you the latitude to deliver the best customer service.We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for our Security Services branch in Vancouver, BC.What do we offer$22 – $26/hour (based on experience)Medical benefitsVacation pay + 3 personal daysCareer advancement opportunitiesFull-time permanent position (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)What does a Scheduling Coordinator doPrepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for the CBSA contractEnsure all zones are covered as scheduled and in accordance with client requirements.Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met.Assist HR and CBSA Operations with necessary administrative tasks.Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.Ensure scheduling compliance in accordance with the ISO 9000 requirements.Qualifications to become a Scheduling CoordinatorPrevious high-volume scheduling experience is an asset.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, as well as experience using scheduling software.Apply Now and Take Your Career to the Next Level!SSVANGardaWorld: Make the world a safer placeGardaWorld is a global leader in the security industry, offering a wealth of opportunity to individuals looking to gain experience and develop professionally in a growing industry.
