Position Description:The Division of Nephrology in the Department of Internal Medicine University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine is seeking a full or part-time Clinical Assistant Professor. Successful candidate will participate in the patient care and teaching missions of UI Healthcare. Clinical research and scholarship activities are encouraged but not essential. Compensation includes University-approved base salary and generous productivity-based bonus.The University of Iowa is located in Iowa City, a vibrant community located in the rolling hills of southeastern Iowa. Required Qualifications:Candidates must have completed a Nephrology Fellowship and advanced Kidney Transplantation Fellowship from accredited training programs. General nephrology training is required. Also required are eligibility for licensing in Iowa and authorization to work in the United States.
Certifications:Board certification or eligibility in relevant fields are required.
Desirable Qualifications:Additional training in nephrology subspecialties such as transplantation, critical care nephrology, interventional nephrology or glomerulonephritis while not essential is desirable.Online Application Required Documents
