Job Description:This Burnaby-based client are looking for a strong Intermediate Level Accountant to join their growing organization. Working closely with the whole finance team including senior management, you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the day-to-day accounting operation of the business.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliation tasks.
- Work closely with senior management to identify systems improvements and improve overall workflow efficiencies .
- Assist with external audit preparation.
- GST & PST filing.
- Delegate tasks and review work of junior team members.
