This full-time role, offered on a temp to perm contract, provides an excellent opportunity for career progression with an opening for Head of Department.About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Humanities teacher who is eager to embrace new challenges and make a positive impact on our students’ educational journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking academy that values innovation and excellence in teaching.Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective Humanities lessons
- Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a conducive learning environment
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the Humanities curriculum
- Potentially stepping into the role of Head of Department
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Humanities teacher
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Enthusiasm and a passion for education
