Job description
An International Finance Business Partner is required for an esteemed not-for-profit organisation based in London. This position within the Accounting & Finance department demands a highly motivated team member with a strong financial background & extensive business partnering skills.
- Provide financial management and strategic support to the team
- Develop and maintain financial models and analyses
- Manage the grant cost recoveries process and forecasting
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Assist in budget development and forecasting for all restricted and unrestricted grants.
- Ensure financial compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Support the management in strategic decision making

- Full ACA, CIMA, ACCA finance professional.
- Proven experience in an NGO/ International Charity.
- Grant financial management, including, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, and donor compliance.
- Exceptional financial analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and budget holder experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
