Description:Park Road Medical Practice ANP Vacancy
Full time vacancy available from September 2024Pay: £55,000-£71,000 per year depending on experienceWe have an exciting new opportunity for an ANP to join our medical practice based at Park Road Health Centre.We currently have 3 partners and 2 salaried GPs serving a practice population of 6000 patients. We are looking to expand our established, supportive team with the addition of afull time enthusiastic and experienced ANP. Part-time applications are also very welcome.We have an excellent, friendly and helpful administrative team that aim to promote patientcentred care. We also have an extensive support team including physiotherapists, mental health nurses, and pharmacists.This Advanced Nurse Practitioner role will involve working alongside a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Clinical Pharmacists and Practice Nurse to provide care and treatment to patients with either long term conditions or undifferentiated diagnoses.The successful ANP will work as an autonomous practitioner, diagnosing, managing and prescribing to patients across all age groups.
