Your commitment to providing individualized support and creating a positive learning atmosphere will contribute to the overall success of the children.Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong rapport with children aged 5-16
- Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of each child
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic approach
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in implementing educational and therapeutic strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Genuine passion for working with children with SEMH and complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
