Job Title: Behaviour Specialist Teaching AssistantLocation: Various Locations in WarwickshireSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceAspire People, an established education recruitment agency, is working on behalf of a cluster of well-regarded SEN schools to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant.Responsibilities:
– Provide tailored support to students with behavioural challenges, promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
– Implement behaviour management strategies to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
– Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
– Assist students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
– Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour to inform future support plans.Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children with behavioural needs, preferably in an educational setting.
– Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
– Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs or behaviour management are desirable.What We Offer:
