The ORM mission is to enable the bank to achieve its strategic objectives with robust operational risk frameworks and risk management principles while operating within defined risk appetite parameters.This role will support the Operational Risk Management (ORM) teams covering Uk, Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role will support three MDs, reporting in London to the ORM Head of UK Cluster, Global Banking and Client Organization as well as to MDs based in Ireland covering Europe and in Dubai covering Middle East Africa.What you’ll doDirectly supports 3 Managing Directors and generally supports the entire department which consists of up to 60 employeesManages day to day calendar(s) of senior managementCoordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference callsMay prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetingsAssist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents like meeting minutes for Governance meetingsCoordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travelPrepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense systemOrders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay systemProcess and follow-up on Virtual RequestsAssists in ad-hoc reports special projects as neededTrains, coaches or guides other administrative staff when requiredAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.What we’ll need from youPrevious office administration experience at a senior executive level preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organizationHighly proficient in Microsoft OfficeConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systemsSelf-motivated and detail orientedWhat we can offer youWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
