Job description

Our client is seeking an Office Manager for their construction company. The ideal candidate would seamlessly handle day-to-day operations while wearing multiple hats to support our thriving office. This candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and team orientated.What’s in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:

  • The wage is expected to be $20 – $25/hr.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Position Summary:

  • Effectively use QuickBooks
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations, maintain ledgers, and prepare financial statements
  • Distributing, filing, and scanning timecards
  • Setting up contracts, billing, and costs for new jobs
  • Managing projects; writing purchase orders, bonding, insurance, change requests/orders, completing operational/maintenance manuals
  • Orientating and training new employees
  • Filling out WCB claims

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of previous administrative & bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient with QuickBooks
  • Confidence to bring new ideas to the table
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and address any challenges that arise
