Overview:Twickenham Hybrid working £28,000 to £32,000 DOEThe Partnerships Manager will support our client relations and be accountable for the execution of the deliverables for our contracted work with professional association partners.You will work closely with the Partnership Director, the Commercial Director, the Head of Event Operations, the Head of Event Production, our association clients, and a number of internal teams at Wonderly and Haymarket to ensure the successful day-to-day delivery of our contracted work and partner commitments across print publications, digital content and live events.This role involves liaising directly with professional association clients, SPEX (sponsors and exhibitors) clients and current/prospective third party event partners, while coordinating internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of our contractual obligations. Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 3 years of account, team and project management experience working within a content and/or events agency
  • You will work closely with the Partnership Director to manage, maintain and deepen the relationship between Wonderly, our professional association partners, and third party partners
  • You will need to arrange and be proficient in conducting high-level face to face meetings with key clients utilising your excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Professionally, you will represent Wonderly as well as our professional association partners both internally and externally, and as such, you will hold yourself to the highest standards in all aspects of your role
  • Relying on your exceptional time management, you will be well organised and adept to working across a wide portfolio with many moving parts
  • You must be able to work well under pressure and maximise relationships with colleagues across Wonderly, and our partners
  • You will oversee the day-to-day operational management of contractual deliverables, resolve the resolution of client issues, and ensure that Wonderly consistently delivers on the clients’ key objectives and contractual deliverables
  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the allocated accounts and related commercial partnerships – including creating schedules, reporting financial and commercial data, providing accurate weekly and monthly partnership reports, managing and reporting meeting minutes, supporting the creation of client pitches and slide decks
  • Exposure to live and hybrid event delivery, as well as an understanding of content management, print publishing and digital content production
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English and presentation skills as well as being proficient in using either Excel or Google Sheets for financial reporting
  • Strong numeracy skills, an excellent level of IT literacy, and ability to work with Google Suite.

  • Strong communication, presentation and pitching skills – able to form strong relationships with your peers and clients. Consistently professional and well-presented
  • Eagerness to take accountability and responsibility for both your own and you project team’s deliverables
  • Eagerness to be involved with all elements of live events, publishing and content management
  • Extremely organised and diligent, with high attention to detail and quality standards
  • Able to see the bigger picture as well as identifying small details and opportunities on a micro level.
