• Deliver engaging lessons supporting the school as required.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each child.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to enhance the educational experience.
• Work closely with the class teachers to support teaching and learning.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support.
• Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent, Level 4 qualified.
• Strong understanding of the primary Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of students.
