If you thrive in a dynamic educational setting and wish to be part of a successful secondary school, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We represent a distinguished secondary school in Westminster, London, currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role begins in September and will extend through the entire academic year.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in various classroom environments.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalized support plans.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Support the academic and personal development of SEN students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for helping students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
