What is the opportunity?This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who would like to build their skills and progress their career within Bank of Ireland. Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team you will have the opportunity to work closely with our personal and business customers.In this role, you will:

• Engage with customers to deliver a professional and friendly customer service.
• Recognise and refer selling opportunities onto relevant teams.
• Handle the flow of customers through the Branch.
• Identify and recommend products options to customers.
• Handle all basic queries.
• Progress your career by successfully completing Accredited Product Advisor (APA) qualifications.

The willingness to learn and grow your career within Bank of Ireland.Essential QualificationsThere are no essential qualifications required for this role, however, you will be required to obtain the APA status within 24 months of starting in role.
