This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.Reporting to the Collections Manager, you’ll provide administrative support to the Collections Team as they work to company and individual targets. You will resolve queries that are referred to the department, in line with current policies and procedures and assist other administrators as required.You will also:– Process incoming correspondence, responding where necessary– Manage debits from brokers accounts– Adjust account ledgers to remove default charges or allocate payments– Ensure funding is released on time– Provide general assistance to the team for other ad-hoc duties.Who we are looking forIf you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company.
