Develop initiatives to improve employee culture and engagement – Lead cultural integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions – Design and execute employee recognition programs – Oversee performance management process – Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives – Manage and mentor a team of HR business partners – Develop and maintain HR policies – Serve as point of contact for employee relations issues – Ensure compliance with labor laws.Your assets for this position!
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Human Resources
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership, culture management and transformation
Expertise in strategic HR, performance management, M&A projects
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Knowledge of HR practices in a fast-growth context
Functional command of French and fluent English (mother tongue)
