Established 35 years ago, we have become the market leader in global telehealth services and digital health solutions for an extensive client base of Fortune 500 companies, NGO’s and governments around the world.About the roleWe are seeking a talented Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team and support our global sales initiatives.The individual in this role will be a critical member of the Global Sales Programmes team, providing analytical support for senior management to guide decision-making. The scope covers varying topics within the business that are critical to the success of the company’s strategy.Key responsibilitiesAnalyse and Gather Intelligence:
- Produce analysis on the impact of changes due to the Global Sales Programmes.
- Conduct research and gather numerical, written, and verbal data to analyse market, product, and account information.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for Group/ExCO stakeholders.
Support Procedures:
- Assist with procedures related to Finance, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Global/Regional Accounts, and Cross Border Scheme.
Ad-hoc Reporting and Administration:
- Reporting and Budgeting: Support monthly and quarterly reporting procedures from a sales perspective, uncovering market trends impacting our business. This includes market segment analysis and reporting on referral activity.
- Business Analysis: Provide insights to inter-departmental and functional teams with thorough analysis of key business drivers related to sales performance. This role requires Salesforce expertise for Group Sales Analytics functions.
- Partnership Analysis: Support reporting and analytics for the Global Alliances and Partnerships Team.
About you
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computing, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Advanced awareness and reporting skills in Salesforce.com.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Valuable Skills: * Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, and Python.
- Basic accounting and finance skills.
