We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.The Project Control Officer will support Project Managers and/or Program Managers with project control management/documentation and departmental reporting. This individual will assist with coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.What will you do?Assist in the development of presentations and create/distribute project information to relevant partiesWork with project managers to ensure all required project artifacts/documentation is completed and captured.Taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performing basic follow-up.Maintaining the projects and reports; ensuring resources are available and accounted for to all project team members.Support project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference calls, etc.Ability to motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results. Act as a role model for the organization’s values and culture.Ability to seek new ways to improve processes.Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.Support reporting to senior managementOversee financials and resources for effective decision-making.Build / present reporting for management level presentationsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveBachelors degree in Finance or similar study4+ years of experience managing all aspects of projects/financials including initiative tracking, reporting, and managing/monitoring plansExpert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointProficiency in Excel, JIRA, Confluence and SharePointDemonstrated strategic conceptualization, analytical and planning skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Nice to Have:Experience working for a Financial institutionExposure or experience with PlanviewCSMWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
