We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.I am looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Vaudreuil-Dorion.1. Participate at the end of the month by making journal entries, reconciliations and analyzes
of Ledger;
2. Carry out the reconciliation of consignment inventories;
3. Print and monitor internal control reports on a daily basis;
4. Prepare files for internal and external verification;
5. Validate expense reports;
6. Check check media;
7. Carry out the reconciliation of supplier account statements;
8. Enter invoices from certain raw material suppliers;
9. Track and enter credit notes received from suppliers;
10. Classify accounting documents on a daily basis;
11. Replace the senior accounts payable clerk during absences;
12. Perform any other tasks required by his immediate superior.➢ Diploma of college studies (DEC) in accounting and/or a relevant related university certificate
at office;
➢ Five years of experience, ideally in financial accounting;
➢ Good knowledge of MS Office suite tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams).
➢ Bilingualism (oral and written English) is essential.PROCEDURE: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the human resources manager.
