– Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers on a regular basis.
– Process accounts payable and receivable, in a timely and accurate manner.
– Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
– Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
– Monitor and track expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
– Assist with the preparation of tax returns and financial audits as required.Qualifications
– Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
– Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Summary
