Henley Business School’s International Business and Strategy Department is seeking to appoint an Associate Professor in International Human Resource Management.The role is aligned to a scholar establishing a strong reputation in international human resource management, who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of knowledge and shaping the future of research in the discipline.Henley Business School is a triple-accredited business school (AMBA, EQUIS, AACSB) and part of the University of Reading. - have a PhD in Management, or related fields
- have a track record of published research in leading academic journals and are establishing an international reputation in international human resource management research
- conduct research that complement the areas of expertise of the World of Work Institute and the Dunning Centre.
- have experience in teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate level (including post-experience programs) in the areas of international human resource management.
- work well in teams with colleagues across the business school
