  • Design and implement high-quality, individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of SEN students.

  • Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working with SEN students.
  • A deep understanding of diverse special educational needs and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
