- Design and implement high-quality, individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of SEN students.

Requirements:
- A degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Extensive experience working with SEN students.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
