Job description

We are looking for an organized and detail-focused Administrator to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to identify and fulfill training needs.
  • Assist in the application and maintenance of company accreditations.
  • Maintain and update the master training matrix.
  • Track and manage the training budget.
  • Keep comprehensive electronic records of risk assessments, method statements, and work instructions.
  • Support the Senior Compliance and Training Coordinator in achieving and retaining business accreditations.
  • Ensure all training records and certifications are readily available.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Monitor supplier selection and performance.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

  • Proven experience managing administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience in a training environment is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with internal systems and databases.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels.

In this role, you will manage administrative processes to ensure our company remains compliant with national and international standards and industry accreditations. You will also support our managers by coordinating training programs that align with our business goals.Administrator – What We Offer:
