Job description
We are now looking to recruit a Finance Systems Administrator to join our finance department on a full time basis (40 hours pw). This role can be based out of our Helsby office in Cheshire, home working or a hybrid working solution to suit.This is a busy, challenging opportunity where the role holder will be providing financial systems support and administration for both the finance and ERP systems teams.Responsibilities:
- Administration of the internal finance\ERP systems (Access Dimensions and FocalPoint, Sage, Xero, Quickbooks) and the supported areas.
- Tasks that relate to onboarding of new users or modules.
- Supporting the Finance Team during peak periods
- Other ad-hoc administration duties
Person Specification:
- Whilst we are not looking for any specific qualifications for this role it is essential that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a finance systems or accounts department with a good level of numeracy and literacy.
- Methodical and organised
- Problem solving
- To work to a high level of accuracy and with a keen eye for detail
- High proficiency with IT systems with strong Excel skills
- Able to work to regular deadlines and timetables
- Prior experience of working with databases
- Personable and confident
- Ability to self-motivate
Salary and Benefits:
- £20,000 – £27,000, depending on experience
