To excel in this demanding position, a combination of diverse knowledge and skills are essential.What you’ll be doingExecutive Support:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Handle and prioritize emails, phone calls, and incoming requests for the executive.
  • Manage expense reports and travel arrangements.
  • Draft correspondence and reports as needed.
  • Assist with research and project management.
  • Creating presentations for executive meetings.

What you bring

  • High school diploma or higher level of education.
  • Experience in administrative support, including document management processes or systems.
  • Availability in off-hours to manage disruptions in Executive travel.
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and/or SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality (understanding risk to the company, team, and individuals).
  • Flexibility and ability to book travel and manage calendars based on the changing needs of the executive(s).
  • Ability to identify and manage meetings based on priority.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, if not less.
