Business Development Manager – Commercial CleaningBusiness Development Manager – Commercial CleaningSector – Commercial CleaningJob Type: PermanentLocation: Northern UK – Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Bradford, Middlesbrough, York, Preston, Kendal, Newcastle upon Tyne.Post Code: WA1 1HUSalary: £50,000-£55,000 (OTE £80,000-£85,000 Uncapped) Car Allowance and Benefits package.Start Date: ASAPWell established and dynamic company in the Commercial Cleaning and Hygiene sector require an experienced Business Development Manager – Commercial Cleaning to join the team.You will be a proven Commercial Cleaning sales professional with a minimum 2-years cleaning solutions sales experience, ideally across several sectors. A driving license holder, you should have at least 5 years total post academic commercial experience and a demonstrable sales track record.You should be passionate about delivering a best-in-class cleaning solutions, be commercially astute and a skilled negotiator and influencer. You will be confident, tenacious, driven, ambitious, organised, and detailed focused. Ideal candidates will be target and results orientated and an effective verbal and written communicator and a strong presenter to lead presentations and pitches. A confident PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CRM user and be Social Media savvy.The role will suit individuals currently working as Business Development Manager – Commercial Cleaning, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Executive and be living within a commutable distance of Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Bradford, Middlesbrough, York, Preston, Kendal, Newcastle upon Tyne or be willing to relocate.Please forward your CV by clicking Apply Now!
