Position: Performing Arts TeacherLocation: NorthamptonAre you passionate about the performing arts? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Performing Arts Teacher to join our vibrant community working in Secondary schools in and around Northampton!Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for drama, music, and dance classes.
• Inspire students through innovative teaching methods and performances.
• Organize and direct school productions, concerts, and showcases.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and activities.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Music, Drama, or a related field. Teaching certification and experience in secondary education preferred. Strong knowledge and passion for drama, music, and dance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities. A commitment to fostering creativity and a love for the arts.About usTeaching Personnel is a leading agency in Education recruitment priding ourselves on providing you with a top-quality service. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
