Job Description:Innomotics is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager for our Large Drives Applications Sales, which covers the UK & Ireland region. This person will be responsible for the sales efforts in designated accounts, whilst proactively developing opportunities in existing and new business areas for variable speed drives, motors and the associated services.About the role– A snapshot of your day would include but not be limited to sales and business development in the following areas:– Rotating machinery applications such as pumps, fans, compressors.– Medium voltage variable speed drives and high voltage motor sales.– Variable speed energy saving retrofits.– Low voltage drive systems and low voltage motors.– Service sales, lifecycle upgrades, spare parts and service contracts relating to our portfolio.– Key verticals including but not limited to Power, Oil & Gas, Minerals, EfW, Water & Wastewater Treatment, Chemicals, Steel.– Emerging trends such CCUS, Hydrogen, Gas Turbine Replacement, Grid Conversion.Sales & Target activities:– Achieve annual order intake targets.– Regularly visit customers for onsite face to face meetings.– To own the sales process and sales strategy for designated customer accounts.– Identify sales opportunities for our product, systems and solutions portfolio.– To generate and evaluate sales leads and new business opportunities.– To evaluate the market prices and competition for opportunities.– To negotiate customer contracts successfully thereby improving both order entry and profit.– To promote strategies that develop new order opportunities in a way which improves order value and profit.– To provide regular reporting on order intake, forecasting and monthly sales updates.– Handle and update sales opportunity pipeline with CRM tools.Join our teamWe are looking someone who on a personal level is honest, genuine and brings good team spirit to complement our existing sales team.
