Administration Assistant B1 (£23,114 – £23,893)We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated person to join the Council’s Highways Technical Administrative Support team. This is a diverse role providing administrative support to Highways Maintenance, Technical Officers and Operatives.The successful candidate must be able to accurately input data from different sources into the various Highways computerised systems and be able to use Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Customer service is a key requirement as the successful candidate will be the first line of contact for the service by answering general queries regarding Highway Maintenance works.This role is initially based at Merrion House full time, with a view to introduce flexible home working once the successful applicant has completed all necessary training and become embedded in the role.If you are interested in this role and would like any further information or an informal discussion, please contact Darren Parker on 0113 378 5651.
