- Deliver engaging and stimulating Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love for performance and theatre arts.
- Develop and implement a rigorous and creative curriculum that aligns with national curriculum guidelines.
- Prepare students for external examinations and assessments, ensuring strong academic achievement.
- Contribute to the school’s wider performing arts program through plays, productions, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the broader school community.
- Play a proactive role in departmental development, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- A qualified Drama Teacher with a proven track record of success in a secondary school setting.
- Possesses a strong passion for Drama and the ability to inspire a love for performance in students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
