This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom, particularly for recent university graduates or those considering a career in teaching.Role Overview:As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver Pre-prepared Lessons: Supervise and engage with students across Key Stage 3 and 4, ensuring that lesson plans are effectively delivered.
  • Manage Classroom Behaviour: Maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behaviour and ensuring that classroom rules are adhered to.
  • Support Diverse Learners: Work with students of various ages and abilities, helping them stay focused and on task.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
