– Support teachers in assessing and monitoring student progress.
– Provide individual or small group support to students who need additional help.
– Encourage and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
– Participate in and lead extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
– Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school community.Requirements:
– A degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on education or a related field.
– A passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in education.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
