The Manager’s role is essential to produce quality products, world class customer experiences, and team member retention. You’ll serve as both a restaurant leader and a team member. You’ll work hard to serve the customers in your restaurant and to make each individual on your team reach their fullest potential.Responsibilities:
- Assist Operating Partners in Daily Operations of a Multi-Million dollar business
- Run Excellent Operations through floor management
- Lead and Inspire Teams – Create an environment of service excellence with urgency
- Provide Extraordinary Hospitality and Customer Service
- Handles customer issues immediately with the upmost respect to the customer
- Establish and maintain positive, professional, and effective working relationships
- Be a Problem Solver
- Food preparation and delivery – maintaining quality standards
- Fiscal responsibilities
- Maintain open and professional communication with management and team
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Supports with hiring, scheduling, and conducts other restaurant administrative responsibilities
- Achieve and Maintain Certifications
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand during entire shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push
- Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and product items
- Frequent washing of hands
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
- Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality setting
- Food Safety Certification preferred
