Make a difference every day!Job DescriptionWe have an outstanding benefits package which includes:Company-provided healthcareA competitive annual leave allowanceFlexible working options, including hybrid working arrangementsGenerous pension provisionsIncome protectionHealth and wellness benefitsVolunteering daysEnhanced parental leaveLife insuranceWhat we are looking for:We are searching for our next Junior Analyst Fixed Income in our Fixed Income team based in our Henley-on-Thames office!In this role you will support the Fixed Income Fund Managers in the implementation of investment decisions, provision of ESG support, monitoring positions and providing other administrative support as directed by the Fund Managers.You will be responsible for:Assisting in ensuring compliance with rules/limits around portfolios, including rules related to ESG mattersProducing / maintaining spreadsheets and other internal systems to support the investment processPeriodic reporting and presentation of information to internal or external clients via written materials, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetingsHelp liaise with other departments including compliance, risk, ESG, IT and other functional areasAssisting in the generation of fixed income / ESG research as the need arisesMonitoring positions and portfolios and assisting in trading proceduresYou’ll need to have:Some prior experience in the investment industry would be helpful, but having a genuine interest and curiosity in what we do and are eager to learn is necessaryExperience in ESG investing is preferred, but it is more import that you have a curiosity about this area of investmentTechnical skills including Excel, experience of Bloomberg/CRD also desirable but not essentialAnalytical and problem-solving skillsGreat attention to detail, reliable, quick learnerGood interpersonal skillsHigh level of self-motivation and ability to work with minimal directionKnowledge of fixed income, macroeconomics, credit, and derivatives markets preferredFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)YesWorkplace ModelAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
